About Florida Container
Florida roots. Room for big ideas.
We help homeowners, businesses and project teams find useful space — from a shipping container for storage to a custom place to live or work.
A local base. A statewide outlook.
Florida Container LLC is based at 10 N Myrtle Street in Fellsmere, Florida, with a headquarters and fabrication center serving customers across the state. We sell and deliver shipping and storage containers and work on custom modifications, homes and offices.
A straightforward storage order and a residential build need different conversations. We start with the intended use, the property, and the scope you need. From there, we can discuss the container, delivery, modifications and planning questions that belong in your quote.
Practical containers. Personal spaces.
Choose from new and used 20ft and 40ft containers, double-door and side-opening configurations, and custom access or climate-control work. Our photo galleries show examples of offices, roll-up door conversions and container delivery.
The Florida Tiny House Builders portfolio adds custom tiny homes on wheels and other residential concepts to explore. Conventional tiny homes and shipping-container homes are different structures; we keep those choices clear so you can plan around the design that fits your property and goals.
Start with the details that matter
- What will the space be used for: storage, business, residence, or a specialty application?
- Where will it be delivered, and what does the access route look like?
- Which features are essential, and which can be explored during design?
- Which local approvals, utilities or site improvements must be resolved?
